Yeah you would think hey! This place is new maybe standards are up WRONG! Seems like they pulled the worst employees from the other Taco Bell’s around and put them into one !! I get messing up once or twice ! Everytime I get food here it’s always wrong this time it was absolutely horrible . I got a 5 layer burrito .. this is beans and onions ??? Just what I wanted right.. yup disgusted

I get that inflation is a problem for all of us… but this is half of my crunchwrap supreme. IT HAD VIRTUALLY NO MEAT ON IT. Disgraceful. I do not recommend this Taco Bell anymore!!!!

The order was short. The drive thru window person who collected the money didn't smile, acknowledge or say anything until I mentioned I was short 2 drinks. Good thing I asked for a receipt, because we were short several items in a $30 order. Not to mention it was not appealing to the eyes, had barely any filling, and wasn't offered any sauce. The manager was in a hurry up and whatever mood when my daughter went in to get the items we were missing, and still left out on item! This place has really gone down hill!

I put a 1 star because when this Taco Bell messes up your order; which is half of the time, it makes you feel like they gave you someone else’s order because it’s completely butchered. The employees are very rude and lack in work ethic. They forgot to give me my sauce so I parked and went inside and waited about 5 minutes for someone to come up to the desk and ask me what I needed, meanwhile I locked eyes with 3 other people and they completely ignored me. All I wanted was sauce.

Perhaps the worst service I've experienced in a very long time. Most of the toppings and meat where in the bottom of the bag and wrong order taken. Had to wait an extended period of time when returning inside store because there was no one working the counter. Rate only a one star because there isn't a black hole to describe the worst service Ended up striking out.👎

I wanted breakfast so I ordered patato egg and tomato wrapped in a tortilla so when I got the wrap it was ice cold 😫 so I let them know and the lady that helped me said she would make sure they cooked me another one fresh and hot and it was I was happy 😁 I think because the cashier that helped me was very nice and cared it made it a good experience for me.

Stood at the register for 15 mins and no one even acted like I was there to order. Complete trash don’t waste your time unless you are one of those who likes horrible customer service.
