It was truly nice. The atmosphere was pleasantly pleasing. I especially love the old antique signs that adorned the walls. The food was really good as well. But the best thing was shopping in the little store. I have got to get me one of those rocking chairs😁.

Friday dinner stop before a movie. Not too busy which is good since they appeared to be short staffed. (These days who isn't) Food was consistently good again although two of the four biscuits were over cooked. Good portions and everything was hot.

This place has great hospitality, and the food is perfectly cooked and super flavorful. The gift shop has an entire space exhibit right now which I love, and they have a ton of seasonal snow globe stuff to choose from right now 💯

Really like the Ambiance,,, Service was too good ,,,,
I like the shopping store which has beautiful collection of novelty things ,,,
Only thing which I didn’t like was the Dish I ordered—Fried Chicken and Meat loaf ,,,
Meat loaf was good but Fried Chicken was awfully filled with oil ... I Didn’t like the preparation of that ....
Breads specifically Corn Bread was good ...
One strange thing was that they presented the Check before we finished 🙄

There is a lot to be said about service at a Cracker Barrel. My girlfriend and I rented 2 Airbnbs in the area (The Loft and Lake Butler).
Relaxation and away from the grind is what we were looking for. There are 2 Cracker Barrel’s to go to each about 25 minutes from each location mentioned above.
This one receives absolute 5 stars for cleanliness, superb customer service, personality, friendliness, attention to detail, great food made correctly, and as much as I could possibly say to make this review more than it is already.
Price for food was fairly priced as well making everything perfect on this visit in Gainesville.
If you are reading this review you will be pleasantly happy with going here.
The other one in Lake city I would not visit at all, which is why we ended up here with a Gold Card for the worst service we have ever had in any restaurant, so make sure not to go there.
Gainesville Cracker Barrel is the place to be and rates more than 5 stars in our book.
Thanks for a lovely and pleasurable dinner.

The staff were very friendly and understanding! They were engaging and had Calming but upbeat atmosphere. The restaurant was pretty clean (along with the bathrooms) and the food (Fish platter) was absolutely delicious! I have been to many Cracker Barrels but this one has to be my favorite 💜. I don't do many 5 star reviews so I am honored to add this place to that list, thank you!

Came on Easter. It was well staffed for such a holiday. They were very busy but the service was excellent and we still got our food quickly.
