Subway

Awful experience, unkind and unprofessional! I have never been so close to walking out and leaving my food. Only needed to place two orders a wrap and salad. The location was not busy and the workers showed no interest in taking time as they tried to rush me through. Even became visibly irritated when I tried to say I needed to add a salad to the order. Save yourself the trouble of poor service and an awful experience, go to the next exit. I sure wish I had, this very well may have ruined my whole subway experience.

Not good at all I was in a hurry and ordered 4 salads. The man behind the counter was being so slow. When a new employee tried helping him he just told him to go mop and wouldn’t let him help. Definitely not a good experience. Another time I ordered a wrap and they didn’t cut it in half I asked for them to cut it in half or give me a knife to cut it and I’ll give it back and they just handed me a plastic knife. Like that was really going to cut the wrap?

Asked for extra tomato, good thing because I would have gotten only 2 of the thinnest slices I’ve ever seen, asked for salt &pepper, absolutely no pepper, and the Parmesan cheese I asked for must be the invisible type. And when you ask for a dr. Pepper soda I’d expect it to taste like it, if I wanted water I’d have asked for some. F this place, thank you for teaching me a lesson, I got to visit twice in one stop....my first and my last time here, be damn lucky I don’t call corporate but I’ve wasted enough of my time on y’all

Sign on the door said "Open". We drove up to the 1st drive thru window and there was a sign saying "Go to the next window", so we drove to the next window. We waited and waited and waited, no one came. There was only one car in the parking lot. We decided we would try to go inside to see if someone could wait on us, so we drove around the building and I went into the front door. There was a little old man standing at the line looking like he was waiting on someone to order a sandwich so I went up to him and requested a dozen cookies. He walked over to the cookie tray and started pulling out a dozen cookies he wrapped them up with cellophane paper. Then he stood there at the cash register like he didn't know what to do next. In the store, I could hear another employee talking on their cell phone on a personal phone call so he had to go and get that person to ring up the cookies. I finally got out of there after paying for the cookies I ordered. Times sure have changed, customer service is not what it used to be.
