China Express

I can not decide which was worse...the food or the service. That was our first and last trip there. Even if the food had been good, it's the service that would stop us from going back. After reading the other reviews, it's very clear that they do not care about customer satisfaction or customer service. My recommendation is to go elsewhere for good food and good customer service. Update/Edit: It was just my husband and myself in the restaurant. I understand that restaurants get busy, but China Express was not busy the night we visited. Seems as if the owner and the girl who took our order are both very rude people. When you are in a business that relies on customer satisfaction for repeat business and have the attitude of these two people, it is very surprising that you have been able to remain in business. Having no competition is the most likely reason this place is even still around.

The food here is great and they seem to be very clean. But I don't understand the insane price hikes. Not to mention they made the egg rolls way smaller than they used to be but increased price that's simply not right! Today we order some food spent over 42$ we were supposed to have one egg roll and soup (paid extra for soup) instead we got two egg rolls (which are way smaller than normal). So go back up and she has the audacity to take one of the eggrolls back and then gave us the soup. Even though it was their fault. They also won't do the entree card anymore where after 10 entrees you get one free! I really hope this place quits being so greedy or this may be our last visit. AND our 40 to 60$ every week will be missed. I do give yall props for cleanliness and good food but until you fix the the greed problem we aren't coming back! Either make your prices cheaper or bring back the entree card please and if you mess up on an order that's your fault not the customers. Thank you

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! The food was nasty and the attitude that the young girl who took our order was very rude and It is appalling that someone would treat a customer that way. She rolled her eyes many times and acted as if it was a huge inconvenience to her to even have to be there. Needless to say that was our 1st and last trip to China Express and a giant waste of our money since the food was not edible. We offered our dog a bite of the chicken and even she would not eat it. The star rating system needs to be updated to include negative stars for places just like this!

Chow mein is supposed to have fried noodles, our order looked like moo shu none of it was remotely stir fried. When I went to talk to them about it being the wrong thing they insisted that was their chow mein. Tried to eat it but what ever flavor was in it was bad. The sesame chicken was decent but vinegary. We won't be going back. Edit: The restaurant called and tried to explain that they made it "different". I'm sorry, no where in a search does it show Chow Mein without noodles stir fried in a dish. When we told then that we had to take care of our children and hung up, they began to call back multiple times, to the point where we needed to block their number. Deserves 0 stars. Edit 2: After blocking the first number they texted from another number with a picture of their chow mein. Unfortunately, this is a picture on their inside menu (which is closed to the public) and isn't posted on their take out menus at all. First photo is what their chow mein is. Second is what chow mein should be. Edit 3: Maybe know how to make Chow Mein in the first place? And also take the hint that we don't want to talk to you after blocking your first number. Google image search in the third picture. For future reference, if you attempt to contact us again, we will be seeking legal action for harassment. Multiple phone calls and texting from a different number after blocking the first number is grounds for that.
