Huddle House

Walked in, every table was dirty and full of dirty plates and food. No one was cleaning any of it up. They told us to sit in the ONE cleaned table in there. We sat down, the waitress never came over or anything. The workers were just over there eating some of the food from the kitchen, not paying attention to anyone. And was not cleaning up the tables. It was gross, and not good service. I understand short staff and not having workers. But my gosh learn how to actually up keep a business, even without a full staff.

They weren't busy at all. We were one of three parties that were there. Waited 30 minutes for our food and it was cold. The servers were friendly but barely came back to check on us and we had to ask for a refill on drinks. Lastly, Who gives mozzarella cheesesteaks without marinara sauce when the menu says it comes with marinara sauce????

Huddle House in Rainbow City has become just someplace to grab a quick bite. I used to enjoy going. Now everyone seems so angry and working only because I They need the money. No longer a calling or a means of doing something they like. Maybe the customers are too blame. But it is just another food joint now.

We arrived to a very messy dining room.every table had dirty dishes on them. We sat and waited. No staff were visible. I personally went to the backroom. One person was doing dishes. He said he was the waiter and they had been busy..be said he would be there in a minute. We want to support our local businesses but do not understand why their employees were not available. We finally ordered..they had no sauce for my shrimp and no ketchup...why? We asked... no answer. This was Sunday afternoon about 2pm, Feb 22. We will try again..someday.

5/14/2022 My husband & I dined at HH, Hokes Bluff. My Pecan Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs & his fried egg, crispy bacon, hash browns, brown waffle, & raisin toast were delicious. Friendly & conscientious staff, Marcus & Brandy went out of their way to insure the best dining experience. HH Pancakes are huge!!! Ordered two . . .taking one home. I had no idea they were so big.
