Hamburgers small but good (ate BigJack). Had to ask for ketchup (nothing in the bag for drive through).
Bought a milkshake, but didn’t get a straw? No napkins in the bag.
Ask for no onions and they put extra onions.
Place can improve on the basics and it will be great.

Food was yum. Fries were the best fat crinkle cut with a special seasoning. Hubbie loved his burger and we ordered a second round of fries. So good. Thanks for a good experience.

Cashiers are friendly and I have more positive experiences than negative ones. And in most cases the orders are filled quickly. Only have had to wait a little longer in their busy hours!

First time eating at a Jack's and definitely a great experience. We had chicken sandwiches, cheeseburgers, salads, chicken it self and coffee. It was very tasty. Clerk at the register was very nice and assist us with all questions we had on the menu, since it was our first time.
