Sonic

So after sitting in a line of 3 cars for over 10 min, the cars in front pulled forward with out placing an order. I waited at the order area for a few minutes, no one came over and said anything..I pull to the window and everyone looks at me like i have 4 heads. This is the second time there has been an issue with this location and the drive thru.

And this is the final straw. Will no longer waste my time here. From waiting 25-30 mins or receiving cold food. Today asked for cheese fries and they hand me this. Cold disgusting fries and they slapped 2 slices of cheese on it. The person who took my order (Bill was the name the came up on screen) no help at all. Just said I don’t work the kitchen and wakes away. Just plain disrespectful. So else where.

The franchise owner REALLY needs to fix his restaurant before everyone just stops coming here. Bunch of young kids that work here. I'm assuming they don't care about customer service. I ordered a cherry limeade. Got it and started to drink. It tasted weird so i opened the lid and it was sprite or Sierra mist with some limes in it and almost no ice. I wanted a shake for my wife but was told the machine had just broke. I thought that only happens at McDonald's. The kids working there weren't rude but they have zero customer service skills. I've been a store manager for some fortune 500 companies and I guarantee you. No business owner would want their people to act the way they do here. I'll definitely NOT be coming back. EDIT: PEOPLE NEED TO STOP COMING HERE. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER RESTAURANT. CORPORATE AND THE OWNER DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. JUST GO SUPPORT ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT!!

Aweful!!! Waited an hour to be asked what we ordered and the MANAGER tried to charge $10 over what the price should have been. Will never waste my time going there again. Probably would have tasted horrible had we waited another hour to eat!! When told Manger to cancel because we had been there over an hour her response was "I don't know what's going on". SMH😡
