When I quit drinking alcohol I replaced it with iced tea. I get a super big gulp and save the cup and get refills pretty much everyday. So I've gotten to know the staff pretty well. They are very nice and keep the place pretty clean. The parking lot is usually free of pan handlers, which are common in 7 11 parking lots. I'm usually sympathetic to panhandling but sometimes you just want to run in and grab an iced tea. Pro tip: they just started selling 7 11 brand chips that taste like a turkey dinner. I'm not kidding they taste like a real turkey dinner. Get them while they last. They also sell ice cream. It's kind of hidden in the back right corner and they have a store brand ice cream that is affordable and really tasty. I'm pretty fat so I know what's good and what's not. They have a salted caramel vanilla that is amazing. Try not to eat a whole quart in one sitting at 2 am when you can't sleep and you're binge watching Parks and decks. This location is also in a strip mall that offers a world travelers' dream come true of food options. There is japanese, Indian, Mediterranean and Itallian eateries all in the same strip.
