Cannot pay at the pump, had to go in and prepay. The bathroom is disgusting at this location. There are hand sanitizer signs that point to nothing. The gas pump locks itself when you pull the lever. At least there was soap in the bathroom.

Store seems to close randomly without reason just because whoever is working feels like it. I have had no less than 5 occasions where I’ve gone there and they were “closed” but the store 2 minutes down the road is open.

I was going to buy 2 bags of ruffles chips since the sign said 2 for $3. When I got to the register the guy charged me $1.98 each and I told him that there's a sign saying their on sale. He asked if I was a rewards member and I said no. The sale sign said nothing about having to be a rewards member. I told him he could keep his chips if he wasn't going to honor the sale price. No thank you!!

It may be none of my business but being on the road so much, I really appreciate 7-11s. A cashier here gave me a couple of pennies extra on my change back with no receipt. I went back to get receipt, and same cashier was giving $100 cash to a guy in front of me that had just purchased a lotto card. Ok, fine. When I asked for my receipt for the stuff I just bought with cash, he couldn’t find the receipt, couldn’t re-print it and couldn’t help me ‘after 3 people’. The guy next to him said same thing. Very annoying. Perfect store, not so perfect staff.

1st I am standing in line and they let one of their own people/culture/ethnicity cut right in front of me to check him out when I was next in line. Then I said that was not ok to let some one cut in line and he got mouthy and then charged me for a item multiple times and I said something about it when I caught him, so I said something again and his co worker came in agessive and took my items off the counter and told me to leave and refused to let me purchase goods. Worst workers I have ever encountered in a 711.
Both of these employees should be fired for how rude they were and lack of honest and good customer service.

Got to be worst 7-11 in local area...I've talked to the manager and maybe the last employee guy quit or got fired but: no hotdog buns, empty condoments, restroom closed, garbage in parking lot, spil on floor with no signage, no pizza or any hot items prepared. I asked the guy if they had been busy thinking that they just had a rush and didn't have time to pick up; nope said they were slow all day. Just unclean and poorly managed
