Pizza Hut

So done!! All I wanted was a crispy pizza with easy sauce !! Ordered through the app because if you call they get it wrong too! What did I get? A soggy in the middle pizza because there’s (what seems to be) a whole cup of garlic parm sauce on it! I ordered LIGHT SAUCE!!! The manager says “well it didn’t come to us light sauce” me: well that’s what it says on my side.. how is it not getting to your side? He says well I can remake and send out to you.. No just credit it to my account. He said nope I can’t do that. I am h going to be, I have to be up at 230am.. I am not about to wait up again for another pizza! Done with Pizza Hut!! There are too many out there that will back their product and not argue with a dang online app order!

Apparently they have enough time to print a sign out and hang it on the door that they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but not enough time to communicate with corporate so that you don't waste your time ordering (and paying!) for a pizza only to find them closed when you go to pick it up. I will not be patronizing the Hut again.

I’ve always ordered at this Pizza Hut all the time and my order would come out right and delivered right on time. I went to order online at 9:09pm it said delivery is 63-70mins so at around 10:25pm I was like ok I don’t mind waiting hoping it usually isn’t this long of a wait. Then I get the text at 10:00pm out for delivery ok cool it’s out. 10:25pm not here, 10:45pm it’s here but it’s not a thin crust and it’s missing pineapples. 🤨

So far so good. I have not had any trouble so far at this location of Pizza Hut. I have got my orders on time, cooked perfectly too. I would say that this is definitely one of the better Pizza Hut locations in this area. I have only had one problem and that was with a little bit hard bread sticks, but they weren't bad, just a little hard for my taste. I would still go to this place.

Super rude people. I paid for the pizza and this girl in front said it’s not ready so come back in 5 mins. I went back and this guy in front told me they don’t have order. Gave my name and number. Showed them online order. He started screaming at me that it’s at different location. I gave him the receipt them he pulled the pizza out which was on my name. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and PATHETIC customer service.

Not a bad place during slow times, but when busy this place is absolutely terrible. The manager Scotty is more interested in running your credit card then giving you your food. Lots of options around, find something else, there are much better places Gave these guys another chance and received Raw Chicken. No joke, ordered 8 boneless, delivered in 45, bit into one - see attached. My fault for giving them another chance. Don't make the same mistake.

It's been years since I had Pizza Hut. Decided to get a couple of pies because my daughter was really wanting to try one. Once we got them, it wasn't anything special. Defiantly better pizza out there. What surprised me was the price. Much more expensive than other places with better quality pizza. Anyway, giving it 4 stars for the nostalgia - that and it takes a lot for me to give anything less than 4 stars.
