7-eleven

I used to stop into this 7-Eleven every morning before work to get a drink. Because of a change with work I haven't been in for a few months. I came in this morning and was shocked. First of all, there was a woman working the cash register who cursed like a sailor and was about as rude as she could be. But even worse, the place was just dirty -- the drink fountain had garbage everywhere and didn't appear to have been wiped down in a long time. I debated on whether to get a drink or not because it was so bad. I ended up getting the drink and when I went up to pay the tatoo'ed cursing lady pointed me to the first register then proceeded to wait on the person behind me in line while I just stood there. I noticed that even the front counter had a layer of grime on it. I sometimes get smokeless tobacco there and when I looked up I realize they were out of what I normally get, and even the tobacco display was disheveled. I've met the owners of this place numerous times and they are lovely people, but this place with it's dirty counters and rude lady who curses is SO different than Quik Trip and other places that are emmaculate and have friendly employees that I won't be coming back to this store unless I absolutely have no other choice. It's shocking how far below 7-Eleven corporate standards this store is, and I imagine my experience this morning is below the standards the very nice owners expect.

I walked into this 7-Eleven store with my little boy this morning and the first thing I heard when I walked in was a loud expletive that started with SH and has four letters from the woman working the cash register. She was a hispanic woman with tattoos down her arm. I went ahead and picked up a couple of items and this woman acted like we weren't there while she rang us up. She talked to the other young lady working behind the counter with a barrage of curse words and discussed how she had to watch getting pregnant with the guy she's sleeping with. I was disgusted that my little boy had to hear this garbage in a supposedly family store. I don't want to go into this or any other 7-Eleven store after this. I felt like I was in the 5th ward of New York City instead of a family suburb like Frisco. Disgusting, trashy staff at this store.

I am a huge fan of 7 eleven. Unsure why the reviews are low. The owner came by during a promotion he had and offered free pizza 🍕 for my students weeks ago and never took his offer. Each location is franchised and the brand has been around for generations. 👩‍👧‍👧💃🏻🕺🏽The 🍕 is a great deal for 2 for $2. What is more interesting 🧐 is that if you have their app and accumulate points you can save 💲💲💲💲 When drinking soda, Coke Zero is my 🎶🎶🎵 💕 it 🙏🏻 Blessed to be able to enjoy it🤘🏼

Air pump not working. Asked for refund, employees started arguing. Called 7eleven no response from them. 7 eleven is bad company. You can clearly see 7-eleven is written on the pump but when you ask inside the store, their response is call the number written on the machine and when you call that number nobody is responding and they ask to fill a form online to get refund ($1.75), how ridiculous it is. I saw back-to-back so many people loosing money in that machine. I see a potential public lawsuit against this franchise or may be against 7-eleven itself. I am exploring that option, people who had similar experience please contact me, lets do it together to teach the lesson to these kinds of cheaters.
