Interacted with multiple associates and they were all very friendly and helpful. Was stressing about tailored clothes I needed rather last minute for a wedding, and was happy to learn that Nordstrom provides alteration services for clothing purchased from them as well as from other stores. They didn’t have what I needed, but I was able to find something at another store in the mall and then come back to get it fitted for alteration. Reasonable cost. There is a extra fee If you want it within five days, but it’s not bad either.

This was my first time visiting! The store was very well organized. Those who were shopping seem very happy and enthusiastic. I witnessed employees assisting them with finding their selections. I would definitely recommend this store to those who can afford to shop here 🥰. I cannot 😌🤗. Happy shopping!

Kristie is an amazing manager! I had the worst experience with an item that I ordered custom-made from Nordstrom Woodland, Texas. It was misplaced, overcharged, delayed and I was insulted by a staff, and Kristie and her team - Frisco Mall were the only employees (both in-person and over the phone) that were patient, understanding, and caring enough to help me out to the best of their ability. They are amazing people. Because of people like her, I will continue to shop at Nordstrom.

Yes!! This is the best Nordstrom and best customer service. There was a mix up about my order and where to pick it up. The customer relations manager sorted it out for me super quick and ensured the package was where their systems stated it was opposed to me blindly driving to the said location. This is the nordie customer service at its best.

I worked here at Nordstrom Stonebriar for almost 10 years as a top performer until 2020 and I am shocked by the poor customer service I have been receiving the past few months. Most of the salespeople seem to be clueless and not well trained. My husband and I went in looking to spend a good bit of change (total at check out was over $700). while checking out in shoes I noticed a sign that I believed to be promoting a double points day. I asked the salesgirl about it and she said it was only for new card holders. I just dismissed it and paid with our Amex card rather than our Nordstrom card. Then when I went to check out in women's I was asked by Yolanda, a seasoned Personal Stylist, if I wanted to used my Nordstrom card for double points day. Of course I did so I returned the shoes and had Yolanda ring them up on my Nord card. I had no issue giving her credit for sale as the salesgirl in shoes did not give me the service I have always come to expect from Nordstrom. Every time she brought out shoes for me she simply set them down next to me and walked away. I was left to and remove all the inserts and tissue paper from each shoe and then search her out if I need a different size. Yesterday when shopping, I chose numerous items to try on and had to keep throwing them over my arm until I could not hold anymore because NO ONE asked if they could help me (even though several sales people throughout store looked at me). I finally asked a girl in premium denim to open a door for me. While in fitting room I heard her check on two other women she helping a few times, but not once did she check on me. Based on my experiences I have to assume the salespeople no longer receive commission on their sales and just don't care about delivering proper service anymore or the Store Manager is not addressing these issues. My suggestion is to go to Yolanda for your shopping needs if you have to go to this location, she ALWAYS delivers and NEVER leaves you hanging.
