Great service, love this chain. On this particular visit, new employees were a little too enthusiastic and pulled my pizza from the oven early. It wasn't quite done. Still five stars, 'cause I'm sure if I had asked them to fix it, they would have. The food here is always good, the staff is friendly.

Not worth it. Pizza is too thin, pricey, toppings are limited to just 5 for even their large size and on top of that they are not generous with those already limited toppings. Flavor is good, but it’s not exceptional. One can easily find much better options in terms of menu options, bettee prices and better quality. We will not be back.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! March 2021 Waited for over 30 min on my app order and all three pizzas were wrong. After telling someone I was there for my pizzas I did not have any of the staff say 1 word to me. The Manager or owner walked by me 4 times to go to the bathroom as I waited. May 2022 I went in today after almost a year since my last time to see if it was any better and I tried to order a pizza and was told that I could not have the toppings that I asked for. I was ordering unlimited toppings and the manager told me he was told by the owner that i couldn't have those toppings because they are only for specific pizzas and that he would have to charge me $1.50 extra for the toppings. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I don't come here as often as I would like but I love Pie Five. Love that for less than $8 you can get an 11 in. pizza, dessert and a drink. Kids bundle is a personal pizza, dessert and a drink for less than $6. And you get to add unlimited toppings The sauce is amazing and the toppings are fresh. The best part is how fast they make the pizza. If you love pizza give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

The pizza was good, but not worth the really long wait. There wasn't much of a line, but the people making the food clearly didn't care or didn't know what they were doing. It took about 15 min for our order to be taken and at least another 20 for us to get our pizzas. They forgot about the breadsticks we ordered and the dessert that came with the kids meal. Everyone was nice, it just wasn't operating well at all. *Edit: we did receive the missing orders after finishing our pizzas and requesting them.*
