I ordered original an I got crispy..probably were tryna get rid of this old dry chicken..an my biscuit was hard as hell..I can't believe people actually hand out food like this ..my first time coming here an will be my last..I thought I would take a chance..but that was a bad mistake..I've tried calling several times but no answer..what kind of management is that..I want my money back..I dont appreciate spending 6.50 on old dry chicken ..an a hard biscuit..an my soda tasted wierd not like cherry Pepsi..ao my whole order was a waste ..an like I said to top it off I received crispy..very disappointed

The chicken was much better than theN. Blackstone store.
A young lady behind the counter that waited on us was very nice and very helpful.
The big beans that I had were not very good and undercooked.
The diet soda my wife and I both had did not taste good and she could not drink hers.
All in all I don't think will ever go back there.

I don't know why I keep on going back to this kfc. They give out old & nasty chicken. For now on I won't be going back there anymore.

The food was horrible!!! I ordered a 4pc chicken tender meal, the staff barely put any fries in the meal and the chicken tenders were extremely dry and non-edible. I feel cheated out of my money and I will not be coming back to KFC. This is not the first time the staff at this location has destroyed my order this is a constant occurrence.

Honestly only giving one star because i cant give none... Horrible place went there few nights ago and they had no gravy what so ever. So i ordered chicken strips and fies. Litterally got 2 Nd a half chiken strips over fried and counted 8 fries and crumbs... Well today my hubby decided to go and give them a second chance. We got 3 famous bowls.... Wellll.. We got rock chicken pieces... Litterly fried chicken to non existance. Cant chew it at all... Horrible experience... All 3 of the bowls were the same.... Most definitely not returning

SUPER SLOW restaurant for preparing order. I was here to pickup DoorDash order they took more than 30 minutes. By keep saying 5 more minutes.
Untrained staff, Unprofessional, NOT recommended.

Worst KFC I've been to! Walked inside and floor was sticky & dirty. Including in the back where employees are preparing food. Cashier needs training from supervisor. Soda fountain (Sierra Mist) was in need of syrup. When order was ready I was not asked for condiments. Wrapper of food was wet & ink was bleeding onto my hands & table. Food looked & tasted like it was NOT properly cooked. Lights even were flickering as if electrical issues were a concern. Trash was sitting blocking bathrooms & was not a priority for employees.

Food was exactly what you would expect from KFC. The service was horrible. Thank God I went in to order. I had 3 items missing from my order. There where employees on break eating in the dinning room complaining about the managers. The cashier was a nice guy but had no clue how to work the front counter.
