I ordered a total of 75 foot long sandwiches and asked them to cut it in half and wrapped individually. They did an excellent job. They gave me a whole unopened bag of napkins which I appreciated. It was for a funeral and everyone loved it.

Horrible customer service. I made 2 back to back orders on their app. My bank was charged for both. The lady behind the counter tried to fix the issue, but the other lady wanted me to pay for it again because it did not come through to her computer, when I was clearly showing her the order from my phone. She refused to to give me a number to speak to the manager. I will never eat there again...all over 8 dollars.

This is in a great convenient location. Same subway food subs but they definitely lack customer service. They are pretty rude and it feels like they are rushing you. The two times I ate there, the lettuce and spinach have a strange smell to them but at least I didn't get sick. It was most likely pesticides.

Sandwich artist was rude, didn't listen, spoke poor English, and didn't give me what I ordered. I've worked for Subway before. Excellent job, not a hard job by any means if you have half a brain. Subway is my go to restaurant, but not this store. Won't ever step foot in there again.

I had a bad experience today in this store,there staff need to learn customer service skills ,so rude behavior.I will not go to this location again.we are giving them business and they can’t even treat us good,so depressing .

The worst Subeay ever! Rude, rude, damed rude. They threw our Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bag sloppily. Our soup was all in the bag, as with the side of guacamole. Sloppy and all smeared in the bag instead of in its container. The employee sat there and asked me what I wanted on my wrap when I ordered a specialty wrap. Every ingredient! When it was a specialty wrap, the ingredients they should know. What sauce? What veggies? What meat? It's the Turkey Bacon & Guacamole Wrap, follow your own freaking recipe. The employees kept rushing us, even though we were the only customers. They kept giving us serious attitude when we kept ordering stuff, like this bothered them. I thought businesses actually wanted businesses!!! Not this one!!!🤮 Drive the extra couple of miles to the next Subway down the road! NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
