Pacifica Pizza

This was my go to pizza place before today's incident. I have ordered from this place on multiple occasions because the pizza's are good and the customer service were always good. But today I had called into order my usual pizza and the woman on the phone was horrible. The entire conversation she gave me an attitude, made me feel like I was interrupting her and be an inconvenience . Customer service skills ZERO! On top of that she had no clue about their menu or pizza offerings, because I had requested one of their specialty pizza and she acted like I was crazy for such a request. Sorry good food poor customer service, would rather line the pockets of someone else who appreciates returning customers then pay for her wages.

First I wish I could give this pizza place negative stars. I placed an order at 3:10pm for delivery my order was accepted and I was messaged it would be delivered in 30 mins. Here it is 4:11pm and no pizza. I called the restaurant and spoke with an extremely rude young lady who told me she cancelled the order because she didn't have a driver. What kind of restaurant doesn't know they don't have a driver before they take an order. And why wouldn't they call or message me that the order was cancelled. I now understand why this restaurant has such bad reviews everyone who has left a negative review including myself are correct. This restaurant is terrible and I hope they close down soon due to the staff they have. I will never ever order from you again and I will encourage everyone to take your business elsewhere. This restaurant doesn't deserve to get any customers money.

ABSOLUTE WORST experience ever! We went in and placed an order Superbowl Sunday. After arriving home to see that the pizza was made incorrectly my husband called in and went back to the store for a replacement. You would think they would have been extra cautious with such. NO! My husband comes home with the 2nd pizza and as he begins to eat there was a metal piece found in his pizza which he bit down on. (which of course we took pictures of before providing back to them) Upon calling first they told us that we would have to bring the piece into the store for us to get another PIZZA! When we insisted that we did not want another pizza and was not making a 3rd trip there they then said they would send a delivery driver by to get our pizza back. We were more than happy to give the driver that plus the other pizzas we had ordered. After speaking with 3 various managers (claimed to be) and almost 2 months later - we still have yet to get our money back!!!!!!! WORST EVER!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, DIRTY INSIDE AND NO TRAINING!

I wish there was a way to not give a star. This manager is an absolute idiot! I ordered pizza in the past and had it delivered no problem, but today I called to get a pizza delivered and she tells me they don't deliver to the Park West Apartment's. How do you not know your employees are delivering to places you claim to not deliver! Obviously she is oblivious to the delivery's being made which shows how poor her management skills must be. I will never bring or send her business ever again!

The pizza is okay. We order here often because it’s close to home and our favorite pizza spot is all the way across town. The price is alright but the pizzas/calzones are inconsistent. They often mess up our order (ask for extra of something and not get any at all). Sometimes the pizza and calzones are undercooked and other times it’s over cooked. There are sometimes when the pizzas have a lot of toppings and it’s great but, other times there are very little toppings at all. Very inconsistent.

It has been a few months since I have been here. I immediately noticed a change when I walked in. The place looks different. It's much cleaner, more organized and great service. Not that the service was poor before, it's just better overall. I asked if the ownership had changed and the young man stated that it had. If anyone reads this and you haven't ordered in awhile, I recommend that you do so. All around, Im glad that I am back and I'm not going to wait for another few months to order, because I will be missing out on that fantastic great pizza and service. Thanks for your time 😊!
