Great service, But the Ketchup supply is lacking my baloney sandwich was dry

Ordered online at 11:10 to be ready at 11:50. Arrived at noon and order was not even started yet. Service is always slow here and that is why I ordered online. Owner continued to prepare sandwiches for walk in customers even with myself standing there for twenty minutes. If I had not had to pick up two of my coworkers sandwiches. I would have left and took a loss. Horrible service and poorly ran. They will not get a single penny from me again!!!

Ordering online does no good.. it’s never done on time and Josh the owners reply is “online comes second” .. this is the 3rd time we have shown up 10 minutes after the “ready time” and still have to wait just to get home and our orders are wrong and he will not honor his mistakes. Worth taking the extra 5 minutes to Fowler or Jensen

I will not go back. The place has obviously changed hands and their portions are so tiny as to be nonexistant. We have been going to Easton Subway for 7 years but enough. The woman I assume part of new ownership talked down to me, tried to grab my cell phone and was rude. I am not only disgruntled, I am offended and angry. I am contacting corporate and taking this further!

Food was ok. But people there don't even look at orders directions section. Place order 10:38. On orders directions said I would pick up by 12:10.
My order was done when I placed it. When I when pick up they say "you should a call you were Gona be late". I rive here at 12:11:(. So they don't even read that order direction section it's my conclusion. Had a eat a cold sandwich my lunch time was over I was so hungry.:(. . Also don't call they don't answer. I ordered online I was charged but didn't get the food. :(
