It’s crazy how far out of the way one will drive when they have a craving for a crunchy taco.
This Taco Bell had no indoor dining today due to lack of staff. I was reluctant to go through the drive-through, but fortunately there was only one car ahead of me and I was in and out.
I love their crunchy tacos and their hot sauces.

Honestly this location have always been incredible. This is the second time I come here and I order something and eat it and the food was too good that I had to come back and order more. It’s fresh and hot and delicious. My go to is chipotle grilled chicken burrito. Fire, bomb, you name. The customer service is always super nice. And this is coming from a hard-core Taco Bell fan that have visited many Taco Bell locations nationwide love Taco Bell haha

Customer service is awful. Workers complaining and cussing they have to make food - which is their job requirement when they applied for the position. They slack on making/taking orders and complain the whole time doing it. I work in public service making drinks all day. I understand the frustration of being overwhelmed sometimes but to be cussing and complaining they have to their job is absurd. Suggest going to the other blackstone taco bell location.

A) the most expensive TB I've ever bought from. $17.00 for a veggie power bowl, 2 bean burritos and a drink;
B) I asked for no cheese or sour cream on the bowl. They put sour cream on it;
C) I asked for no cheese and extra onion on the burritos. They didn't put any red sauce on either.

Always a great experience going to this Taco Bell's drive thru. Employees are the best and always so kind.

Sadly our visit was disappointing...went through the drive-thru ...ordered the nacho fries for my kids...got to the window and paid... Them 5 mins after they come to the window to tell us they didn't have enough..but when i told them to refund me ..they magically came up it and would not refund me... I kid you not .. There was like 9 small fries for each order and it was cold... It was a waste of time and money

I went to the Taco Bell drive through for lunch which I wasn’t only have 30 minutes, I spent 20 of it in the drive through waiting even though I was only three cars back. I get it being short staff sucks but other people need to get back to work from lunch so hurry up.
