I had my two best experiences in the shop. 1)after searching five different locations for the seasonal key lime pie ice cream including the two closest to my house and in the Bay Area this store had it! 2) for some reason the buy one get one 99 cent coupon does not scan well from my phone. After having it denied at the local store next to my house I come to this store and even though it also does not scan here they honor it anyway and discount my ice cream. Great customer service! I will make the drive for great service.

My husband and I took our two daughters to have a fun treat to beat the heat. The store was cool and clean.. they had a very inviting environment and a fun cut out to take pictures in my kids loved it. The only negative I'd have to give, is the cost. About 20 for 4 people. That's a bit much, but I would pay it again because my kids enjoyed themselves

I want to start off with saying "oops my bad, is that all" should never be a response to a customer. I ordered three sundaes from here and it takes a few minutes to get here. Since I know that I never order hot fudge or it will be all melted. I ordered chocolate syrup and got hot fudge. Ice cream was mostly melted and I call and the the response I got was dont care. I will not be ordering from here any more.

Nice clean place, near Save Mart shopping in NW Fresno. Unfortunately they DO NOT offer detailed ingredients. Heads up consumers: if you have a dietary need/resrtictions (other than the "major 7 allergies") you may prefer going to Hagen Daas by Edwards Theater & Color Me Mine. They offer a complete ingredients list, printed in a binder for viewing. My daughter has major dietary restrictions (Fructose Mal-Absorption & Lactose Intollerance) and it is IMPARITIVE to see ingredients in every food and beverage. And we have visited both ice creameries. Sorry for the negative review, but I have requested this information by need and Baskin Robbins was NOT helpful, or intending to in the future. **Note to the owners/Managers: You should provide this as the simplist of requests. Its not complicated and a necessity for many people these days. We will not be recommending this place to anyone, nor returning until we can have this. I cannot see taking my daughter for a sweet treat, waiting through the hassel, not even getting to eat it after all that, not will we eat in front of her. If Hagen Daas can do that, you can. 😊😉
