Very clean, although the floor needed a sweep. I ordered tuna and it was good. Bread was fresh. Customer service was fast, they could have been a bit more friendly but the experience was good. The lady in front of me was a bit flustered of them having ran out of guac, and the worker told the other lady the avocados were too hard to use on a sandwich. It seems to be ran (possibly owned) by and indian family. There was other family there to dine with the workers. I didn't see a high chair for kids, and the bathroom didn't have a changing station. Nonetheless, I'd eat there again without hesitation.

Pretty big Subway shop at a convenient location by the Fresno Convention Center. Good service, will definitely return

good and clean subway! really cheap if we compare with Los Angeles, we payed 8$ for a huge sandwich with guacamole and a drink :) btw nice staff

WARNING! Do not go to this Subway! Not only are they the most expensive Subway in Fresno, they also sneak in extra charges when you get to the cash register and hope you won't notice. This has happened to me personally and to some of my co-workers. When brought to the owner's attention, he just stared at me with a blank look on his face until he realized I wouldn't back down and then he finally removed the extra charge on my meal. The extremely rude employee stood there and argued with me even though she knew she was in the wrong. Please don't patronize this location... they need to learn that they can't treat people that way and get away with it!

I went there with a simple order nothing extravagant. They dropped my first and looked at each other with confusion when trying to decide who will make my sandwich. Everything seemed chaotic in the back even the manager seemed lost and confused. Finally when I got my sandwich they had no soups prepared not even the usual broccoli and cheese soup and to put the cherry on top they had no lids. So multiple people were stuck waiting for someone honestly anyone to get lids.

This subway is in a great location, it's right next to the Civic Center. It's clean inside, but for some reason every time I go there are people smoking outside. It must be the place to take a smoke break.
