Denny's

Food was great. Very friendly customer service. I ordered for pick up. Would've been a 5 star review but they forgot to give me my sodas with my order, didn't realize it until I got home and my wife wouldn't let me back in the house without them 🙃 😂 so I had to drive all the way back to get them. Called ahead and the waitress was so nice enough to have them ready for me nice and cold. Didn't even have to wait in line.

Our server/waiter Precious was very friendly, patient, and accommodating for us especially at late night, after dark hours of 1:30-3am for a late family dinner/breakfast meal. Thank you, I missed this place. Only thing is the portions are much smaller than a few years ago at the same/cheaper prices, but to be expected. Glad it wasn't super busy or crowded, but noticeable a lot of younger adults gather here too.

I get it's late night, but holy hell, the worst service possible. It wasn't that they were overworked, I would understand more, there was us and 1 other table. The servers just dipped out chilling in the kitchen, between messed up orders, being charged for said errors, and then waiting forever, I was like... I hope this ain't a racial thing. Seeing other people arrive after us basically being waiting on hand and foot, while we never got half the stuff we asked for, and refills was like pulling teeth, like yo, a machine fills the drink, it's the easiest request to fulfill.

I was so disappointed about my experience at this Denny's location. I went by tonight, late 11:40 p.m. for a pick up order of two milkshakes. I ordered at 11:20 and pick up time was 11:40 p.m. When I got there at 11:45 p.m. I was asked by a young girl if I had a pick up order. I let them know it was for two strawberry milkshakes. Two ladies looked at each other and asked if it was made, then one girl says "nose goes" I'm not making them. Mind you, I'm standing right in front of them as this whole exchanges occurs. I waited another 15-20 mins for another woman to come up to me and say, "our blender just broken". I was shocked at her response, especially since I had seen another waitress recently walk out to the dine in area with 5 milkshakes! I explained to her what I saw, and she then proceeded to tell me about how one of there blenders has been broken for a week. Mary, who apparently was the manager on shift, then told me "well I can try and scoop it out by hand if that's what you want me to do". I was again shocked at her response because I didn't understand why my order was never made in the 20 mins window they told it would be AND how others in the dine in area were having milkshakes made way after I placed my order. To top it all off, I was told by Mary that she couldn't refund me tonight. I have to now call the manager tomorrow on shift just to get my money back for an order that was never fulfilled. 🙄😒🤬 The lack of customer service and professionalism from this location is unacceptable but I can't saw too surprising. Most like to blame it on "COVID" times but when will the excuses end. Not only was I upset about the milkshakes but more so about the lack of respect for paying customers. I look forward to the day when I can go to a place I spend my money at and get quality service. Hopefully that time will be sooner the later.

This is my favorite Denny's location. The food is consistently good and the service is always the best. It was a joy to actually eat inside the restaurant again today after not being able to for so long due to the pandemic. All employees wore face masks, surfaces were continually being sanitized, and clear acrylic barriers were in place between each booth. Monica was our server today. She is as pleasant as she is kind and efficient. Denny's always has good coffee and great pancakes. The pancakes are even better now with their new recipe. The new recipe has a hint of vanilla that compliments the buttermilk pancake batter nicely. I ordered the Everday Value Slam and chose to add in blueberries to my pancakes for about a $1 more. My food was delicious as always and the service was excellent! Thank you, Monica, and thank you, Denny's! See you soon!
