Everytime I come in here, the servers make it the worst experience! They either have no food available or they are just super short with you like you are a inconvenience. I came in today to order a bowl. I was super disappointed
because I had a server who is consistently rude to me. Now , I'm not rude to people I say please and thank you. But this server always seems like she's annoyed for some reason. I ordered my bowl which she threw together quickly, charged me, and then just walked away. No thank you, no do you want to upgrade your amount to donate..nothing. She just threw the bag at me. I don't get it! So I asked a other employee for my money back. She went and grabbed Jessica S and she came back and just started punching things into the register not ever asking what was the problem!? I told her after, that she was extremely rude and is always that way when I come in. At no point was she apologetic?? Will Never come back to this panda express! Good luck to you who want good customer service and a selection of food!

I ordered food for catering and spend $110+ and it was said that the food will be ready at 4:19pm. I arrived and it’s already 4:40pm and food is not served yet. The place wasn’t busy and I’m disappointed in the poor quality of the food.

I almost can't drive by this ultra modern, drive thru Panda without my 11 year old grandson wanting to jump out.. Seriously They are fast, and very good.

Their food quality at this store is always on point! Friendly staff and the very clean store. I only come to this one only because I know I can always count on good tasting food.

One of the girls behind the counter didn't even change her gloves after handling cash and went straight to serving food. I didn't even bother confronting her the SECOND TIME! she did that and just left without ordering. If you want Covid Express, go here. Nasty af. (10/27/21 @ 7:10 p.m.)
