Baja Fresh

My wife and I have been big fans of Baja Fresh since it opened and have been in this location several times. Tonight was our final visit. It's just hard to believe how poor ever part of the dining experience was. The gal who took our order was nice enuf but her outfit, the top in particular, was really grungy. The utensils were spread out all over the counter a couple of feet from the register where we placed out order and when my wife asked why they said it was because they had to clean the containers that they were in (as you can see in the pic). The food. I ordered the carnitas taco combo and there was just some mushy looking meat in there, barely any cheese, and warm at best. My wife ordered a chicken taco that was COLD. We did have them replace her taco. We ate outside and the tables were not clean and there was a dearth of chairs. When I finished eating I headed to bathroom and both bathrooms were blocked off. It pains me to write an unfavorable review but it is what it is. I don't know if its poor management or what -- but tonight was our last visit to what has been an otherwise fine establishment.

The food is fresh and so good. The staff members take great care in customer satisfaction. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the the table we sat at had something spilled on one of the chairs. I definitely recommend this place to anyone stopping in Fresno. I would love to go back and give them a better review. Definitely try the street corn. We loved it and it came highly recommend.

Food used to be really good. Over the years, their quality has really dropped. Today I ordered chicken fajitas and the meat was so dry. My rice and beans weren't that warm. The flour tortillas were very stiff. Hope they improve the food quality. Customer service was great. Employees were very friendly.

Customer service was great. Stopped by during my lunch hour and it was not very crowded. Young lady at the counter was helpful and willing to explain any questions I had. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes. I ordered just a burrito with no meat no beans, avadcado, sour cream, rice and cheese. Food was good and would return to eat.
