Burger King

Let me start out saying I had been craving burger King for a few weeks before I caved in and stopped after work at the Fremont Michigan location around 10:40 pm last week. I should have kept driving.. The original chicken sandwich I ordered had clearly been held in the fryer with prongs... one end was cold and soft, the other end piping hot, dripping with grease and cruncy. I almost liked the crunch but the grease taste over powered the chicken. I also ordered heavy pickle onion and extra mayo. Everything was in the center of the bun that was a little stale and hard on one end. clearly it had sat out for a while as well and instead of tossing it they used it.. The whopper I ordered with extra mayo. The bun was the same, stale. The patty was old Luke warm and rubbery. Clear sign it had been sitting in the plastic bin warming for way longer then the time allowed. Most the onion had no taste and were listless... tomato had a very odd texture.... The fries, what I had craved the most were room temp and rubbery. ..... I used to run a burger King in Lansing. We had timers on all our food to ensure freshness and quality and I clearly remember what a burger should taste like and how a chicken sandwich should taste even after sitting in the bin for close to the max time. I'd only ever stop here again if I could make it during lunch. Window service was great though.

I think after today is the last day I'll ever go here. Always missing something in my order yes I do big orders and today I was checking my bag to make sure I got everything but was told that if I could move because their on a time limit so I get home to find out 2 orders of chicken fries were not in the bag. I call and they ask if I can come back but 30mins away to drive back for them. So now I have a niece with no food 🙄.

The gentleman running the drive thru tonight 12/4/21 was very rude. Did not ask if condiments where wanted. Honked horn with no response, knocked on window and had rudely said don’t bang on the window. Slow service as well. Unimpressed. Added tonight 4/2/2022. Review is still a one star. Just went they the drive thru very slow service. Order a milkshake expecting whip cream on top as usual get handed a not filled cup all melted with no whip cream! Fries where cold. Server was rude!
