Tim Hortons

The staff working was really kind and that's why the four stars, other wise it would be less. They were out of glazed doughnuts and plain bagels at the time we went. The food was a little expensive and for what it cost, I was still a little hungry afterward. But, again, great staff with wonderful customer service!

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered 20 piece Timbits NO CHOCOLATE! Pulled up..paid my bill ( for 20!) They handed me a 10 piece box. She said " oh, we didn't understand what you said" ! What! You understood me enough to charge me for a 20 piece!🤷🏼‍♀️ Slams the window shut and then comes back with my 20 piece box. Got it home...5 chocolate inside...so, basically 25% of my order was wrong and their attitude showed they didn't care. Sad...really sad...

Horrible customer service. Very rude staff. My friend and I went through the drive-thru this morning. We had a simple order of two lattes. When we pulled up to the speaker, we were not even greeted, all that was said was “ Tim hortons “. We proceeded to order our drinks and they made us repeat our order. ( which is no problem, it’s the customer service ). As we pulled up to the window, they opened the window and did not say anything, just took our card and handed it back. Then handed us our coffee without saying a word. When we asked the teenage girl working the window for two straws, she threw only one straw at us and slammed the window shut. This was around 9am-10am on Friday, September 4th. We have repeatedly received very rude customer service here.

Nothing against Tim Hortons in itself, but a lot against the owners of this store. They are cruel, don’t support them. They make their employees cry, feel worthless, and on top of that steal money from their paychecks and threaten to not pay their employees. They wonder why their businesses aren’t “a happy place” and it’s ALL because of them. It is a toxic environment and I suggest not ever working for them, save yourself the stress, and not supporting their stores until they learn some respect.
