New employees don’t like their job always order the same item and ever since this new lady started at the location she says “they can’t make the bowl” never had an issue until now. Its just a smoothie in a bowl whats so hard about that you already make bowls. Dont be lazy America

I am Surprised-at this location Jamba Juice squished before hand and mixing water in that , when ask for fresh one staff told that’s what he have can’t remove fresh take it or leave it , Jamba is know for Freshly squished juice and I am big fan fresh orange juice at Jamba Juice since last 7 years this the Frist time I was disappointed .

Poorly blended smoothie. No receipt was given. Worker at the register seemed friendly but the rest of the staff did not seem energetic and happy. The manager on duty (black shirt) handed me my drink with a smile but failed to notice the poorly blended smoothie. I also asked for TWO boost and as I kept my eye on the workers I did NOT see them add any boost to my smoothie which was paid for. As the girl attempted to blend my smoothie, she was very careless and we made eye contact as she poor this chunky smoothie into the cup. This is very unacceptable. I’ve worked in fast food and retail and never have I ever handed out an item that I myself would accept. I am very disappointed with this service. Actions need to be taken.

My first time here was in the 90's so iy's nice to still see them here! Needs to reduce their sugars in their drinks but the staff was efficient and friendly. That always gets a tip! Hoping Jamba Juice is appreciative of their staff with the raises.

Not a pleasant experience. They don’t look at you when talking to you. Placed an order online and had to wait additional 25 minutes when arrived at the estimated time. It wasn’t even busy. Just a bunch of slowly moving people. Love the Jamba Juice in general, this place is such a miss, however.

Come here once or twice a week. Nice staff but only complaint is they don't repeat back your order or give you receipts so you have to double sometimes triple check they get your order right! Especially when ordering multiple drinks! Pretty unprofessional and happens consistently. Other then that it's a decent place.
