Cold Stone Creamery

Their mocha milkshake is SO good. The kids that work there are sweet, too, although the ice cream is so good they could have insulted my mother and tossed it at my head and I'd have caught it in my mouth and tipped 20% (I usually do 25). I only ordered one of their handcrafted ice cream creations once, but it was a religious experience. Totally worth the 78,000 calories (give or take).

What can I say I wish I could give them zero star in fact negative if possible. My two-year-old really had to go to the bathroom and they said no it’s employee only and we come there at least on a weekly base. I ran next-door with my daughter but we couldn’t make it and she had an accident. And her excuse was Covid even though all the other stores around have their bathrooms open to customers. It sounds very lazy employee that don’t wanna clean bathrooms. The cold Stone next to our house has bathrooms open for customers. No more business from my end to this branch as their customer service is below zero.

Love their ice cream and the assortment of toppings you can choose. Their Oreo ice cream is my favorite. The waffle is very crunchy and tasty. My daughter choose an assortment of toppings, for which you have to pay extra. They are open till 11PM, which is perfect for a quick stop for a late night desert cravings.

Had a terrible day tonight at work, co workers tried to cheer me up from the customers I got. I wanted to cool off after work with a smoothie. Jamba was closed so have Cold Stone a chance and maybe make it my new cool off spot after work. Because of the bad day I had, I accidentally dropped my $6 smoothie on the ground, I worried not too much and kept hope that the co worker would make another. They didn’t, couldn’t help me after presenting them with a dropped cup, had to hold back tears from them declining my request. As I was leaving I could hear them talk about how they almost gave me one from feeling bad, so the thought was there, but didn’t have enough to make me at least smile at the end of the day, now I left home sad, tearing, no smoothie and $6 completely wasted. I will not be coming back to this Cold Stone Creamery.
