Great food as one would expect from a Panera. Ripping the sole of your shoe over exposed bolts is however not worth it.

I've never eaten at a Panera before. First impression? It looked nice, clean and overpriced. But then the food was super fast and SUPER delicious. And every single employee was SO nice. My mom almost left without her purse and the employee at the door stopped her and saved the day! All in all, I would totally pay to eat there again.

I always like Panera for a quick bite or a working lunch. The most difficult thing for me is that the preparation is so inconsistent. I’m a creature of habit and tend to get the same item and every time slightly different than the time before. For the cost, I would like to see some consistency in the food preparation (size, amount of chicken, amount of sauce, etc.).

Second time I've had a negative experience at this location. First time I had a curbside order that I waited on and eventually went in and found on the delivery shelf, no apology from staff. This time was missing several items from our meals. Will go to Central Park location I'm the future.

Went to pick up a mobile order with my daughters today. It wasn’t on the shelf so I asked an employee for my order. In front of my daughters, I was accused of stealing the order and trying to get it a second time. What…? #ghetto
And my order was wrong 😒 I paid extra for three bread bowls but they didn’t give any bread bowls. 😑

Only one star because the order was done promptly. Other than that nothing else was good. We ordered two sandwiches. The bread was stale, old bread. It tasted like it was days old. Tried to call 3x during non busy hours, no answer. We were on the road when we realized how bad the bread was. Corporate did the right thing. I would skip this store!!!

Great food and service in Hadn't been here in over 2 yrs it was nice to see the place still have top notch service . The only thing with cleaning and look of the place.
There is a whole in the back of the place in the wall , between the 2 lounge chairs 💺 Please see that it gets fixed cause it's not something customers should look or have there items they are eating near that.
Best place in town 🤪
