Glad to have the option of a burger bowl vs lettuce wrap (good but messy!) - much easier to eat at the desk for a good protein lunch. Very filling and one patty (little bacon cheeseburger) does the job with all the toppings.

Good food, however the team at the store was lost.
I ordered in store two hamburgers and two milk shakes.
They manages tovforget about the milkshakes.
Staff needs more training, attention and commitment.

Five Guys service was great. Natalie was amazing (we asked to clean one of the tables outside and she took care of it). We’re definitely coming back because of her service and the rest of the team.

I came here with great expectations: I had heard a lot about how great five guys is.
Well, it was OK. But not worth five stars. They didn't get our burger toppings right, the burger buns were not warm. The fries were very good though. Four stars is generous. If I could've, I would have given 3.5 stars.
Not a must for sure.

I've visited this location many times and despite the above average service, high quality food I've been disappointed multiple times due to the operating hours. Five Guys is supposed to be open from 11am-10pm according to the hours of operation listed on their door. I've counted over five times in a year where this location has closed before 8 pm, sometimes even on the weekend. This is unacceptable. If these new hours coincide with the operating hours of the mall/building it's attached to, then update the hours on the door/website. Don't blatantly lie to your customers, your rating reflects that deception.

I love their Burgers but because they cook their Fries twice (which I just found out) I wondered why they were so soggy all the time. They are NOT like Boardwalk fries at all! Maybe if they tried cooking them once and not leave them sitting all day, they would be a whole lot better. And their location here in Frederick over at Westview Shopping center would be a perfect place to put in a drive thru window. Just my thoughts. Peace.

This is my go-to burger joint(any location) if you want a burger that is fresh, juicy and topped with crisp fresh ingredients and cooked to order. And if you love fries, you better love them alot because there are always enough fries to feed 3-4 people.
