Ledo Pizza

I had another fantastic experience at this restaurant! Of course the salads and pizza are so very tasty, but what really makes my experience is the amazing service by their best server, Danielle! She is so attentive, great listener when taking my orders, energetic, personable, quick in bringing the food, she checks in at the table regularly, the food comes out perfect and you just love the overall experience! What a wonderful young lady she is! I marvel at how she can be so good at what she does and still Danielle is the most sweet, kind, respectful and interested in every one of her customers! I heard she has worked at this restaurant for over 10 years or maybe even longer than that! That says everything! If I were you, call ahead of time to see if she is working that night because you definitely want to have the best service from the best person you could possibly have to wait on you! Keep up your greatness Ledo Frederick! You know it's all about your food and most importantly...it's all about the best experience with Danielle!

The pizza was good. The wait staff was friendly when they came by the table which wasn't often. When the pizza made it to the table, the tray had been dropped on the floor, with half being delivered to the table (looking dropped) and the other half to be remade & cooked. We cancelled the second half, and after getting the check had to do find them to take the payment. We've eaten at other Ledo's and have had solid service with food that wasn't dropped. Well return to those locations, but this restaurant should be avoided.

The pizza was terrible tonight. The crust was thick and flavorless. The pepperoni was sliced too thick and I guess they ran out of pre cooked bacon and forgot to tell me. I know this isn't typical for this location. I've had awesome pizza here too. It was very disappointing tonight and my dinner was ruined. Better luck next time.
