The quality is always outstanding and the chef/manager particularly gives a consistent product with no fuss. I have seen him deal with all walks of customers ( mostly delightful ) however the few that are not, such as David McKinnon, really try to place a bad light on this restaurant. I am a frequent diner, and was there last night collecting an order when I see a female customer berate the business and specifically one person who had done no wrong and began to carry on. Please do not listen to the negative reviews, too many people have the ability for harsh judgement!

Ordered food numerous times via Deliveroo, food arrives hot and well presented. Delivery times can be 45 mins to 1 hour, which is well worth the wait. I keep ordering the Value Deal 6 (pizza & pasta deal) and have the Tortellini Pollo Fungi. The bomboloni and hot jam doughnuts are always fresh. One day I might order something different from their vast and affordable menu :)

Ordered food from here via menulog and Food did not arrive at our address, we had our windows and front door open all night and no food arrived. I contacted the restaurant and they said it had been delivered and where very unhelpful to the point that we had to go to the place in person to sort it out and get the order, when we finally did get the order it is missing one of the deserts a Pannacotta, it was for my wife on her birthday missing. And all this after over 3 hours of waiting and being messed around driving down there and explaining repeatedly we did not get our food ect. Sure I can understand there side if menulogs driver has stuffed up but the staff at the restaurant where so rude not believing us or something about it all when it was clear we had not received anything and where hungry and presenting in person to sort it out. Plus when we finally did get our food there was a whole desert missing from the order. And no one ended up eating any of the $131.40 order, because when we left the restaurant all the staff burst into laughter, so we where all quiet unsure what they may have done to our food ect. I will not be ordering from or going to this restaurant again, and would not recommend it to my worst enemy after encountering time wasting rude and incomplete services.. If you think you do not deserved this as a review, bad luck it is honest and to the point descriptive of our experience
