Every single online order is never ready on time and always messed up in more ways than one. They either forget entire sandwiches or mess the sandwich entirely to the point it’s nowhere close to what you ordered. Nobody in this Franklin location knows how to read the orders and fulfill them correctly and have them ready on time

Workers were great, this subways actually has most of it's ingredients unlike other subways I've been to since they started cutting stuff off the menu.
