The place was basically empty so our two pizzas took less than 20 min, the front guy was nice and the place seemed decently clean even if it was dated. Would go here again :)

I can honestly say, I have never had a bad pizza from this location. It’s unfortunate that they are short staffed, but the employees still do a wonderful job preserving quality.

1st time we ordered, one of our pizzas was something random and they forgot half our drinks.
2nd time we ordered both thin crust pizzas were burnt and the cookie tray was burnt and hard as a rock. Also the pizza had almost no marinara so therefore it was tasteless.

Way too much crust not enough topping. The pizza was also very dry. Either not enough sauce or it sat too long before delivery. And, we paid for two marinara that wasn’t delivered. The marinara would have helped the dry pizza.

Very inconsistent quality, rude satff in general especially on screw ups on their part, inappropriate behavior in front of clients like cursing, ordered a cheese bread and they took the order incorrectly and blamed me infront of me then never apologized or anything, just continued to claim I ordered wrong when I know I didn't because I CALLED it in! Very unhappy!

My wife ordered pizza to be delivered from the Frankfort location. Driver claimed to have showed up and not get ahold of her even though front desk said no one came in with pizza and my wife had zero missed calls. I guess they don’t realize in the 21st century we have caller ID that leaves time stamps. Sad because now we have a 5 year old and 3 year old wondering why they have to wait another hour to get a different pizza shop to deliver. When she called they just yelled at her and hung up saying they couldn’t get ahold of her. #StayClassyPizzaHut

If you choose delivery and are in a Hotel.. better to pay the extra money and go through door dash. I’ve ordered delivery twice and requested text updates. Both times, I received texts when my order was received and when it was out for delivery. After that, I never received anything even though I put my room number into the delivery information and tipped 20%. I’m currently waiting on what was supposed to be a 35-45 minute delivery and am on 2 hours and 10 minutes. If you have a hankering for pizza, go to one of the local places or Papa John’s.

Ordered a pizza 1.5 hours before close. Asked them to not ring doorbell to not wake baby. Have security system that alerts me when someone walks up to the front door. After an hour and a half, I went and checked because no alerts. Front door is covered by 3 cameras, one battery was dead.
Not only did they deliver a *HALF EATEN PIZZA* that had two seal stickers on it (like I wasn't going to notice half the pizza was gone), but the only way they could have avoided the cameras was by going to the side of my house, walking through the yard, hugging the wall of the house where the bedroom windows are, instead of walking down the sidewalk. That's just creepy. They've had some really bad service before, but I promise you I'll never order from there again.
