Popped in while visiting friends and the food was great, all very fresh and it's dog friendly. The lemon slice is amazing, however they make the icing it's perfect. Relaxing, not rushed place

*dog friendly* Lovely place to stop for a coffee and cake. Great lunch menu too. The lemon slice had a lovely tart layer of lemon spread. Made my cheeks tingle. ☺️😜 Carrot cake was lovely and icing was just sweet enough. Almond, soy, etc. milks available so I had a dark hot chocolate. Must see/ stop for Detectorist fans. This is where Lance met his daughter for the first time.

Lovely tea and breakfast. The full English is fab as we're the poached eggs. Friendly staff and prompt service. It was also nice to recount when it was featured in The Detectorists.

Had a lovely lunch at the lemon tree. Super omelette with goats cheese bacon and mushrooms. The staff are very friendly too . Nice clean restaurant with clean restrooms . Would highly recommend

My first visit, but I really liked this place. It's got a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere (that's also dog friendly). The choice of food and drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks and wine and beer) is good. And a friendly service.

It was our first visit but hopefully not our last. The ambiance was so lovely and the staff were really helpful. The menu was like a breath of fresh air. A great selection of drinks hot and cold. We also had tea cakes which were delicious. Next time we will try the cakes.

This lovely place is becoming a firm favourite for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I have the vegetarian cooked breakfast and the other half has the big breakfast. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, great service and very reasonably priced too.

Lovely local restaurant. Very family friendly, yet you could also easily take a date there! Food is in-pretentious, yet interesting and carefully prepared. Service is the usual friendly Suffolk stuff!

This is my second lounge. Welcoming yet casual place where I can socialise but also work on my laptop undisturbed. A big plus is that I can bring my dog. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Overall, what's not to love ?
