This McDonald's actually has one drive-in line that splits into two ordering lanes which then re-converge. Anything can hold a line up, but I felt this really did help to speed the orders through. They also used both #1 & #2 bays to pay & pick up respectively. Staff was friendly and helpful, not rushed and impatient as they sometimes can be when things get super busy. I visited during lunchtime rush & my purchase was swift & accurate!

I was picking up an Uber order 6/7/21 12:00am at the drive-thru and here’s what happened. 1. Once the lady inquiring about my order at the drive-thru realized it was an Uber order, her whole demeanor changed. She quickly became impatient and disgusting. 2. After giving her the order number she mumbled “b*t*h under her breath and somebody laughed in the background. 3. Lucky for her, another male employee handed me the order at the pickup window. Overall this establishment hires trashy punk*** employees. I would not recommend.

May 20th - Honestly, I wish I could give zero stars! The people who work here are unprofessional and untrained! I go every now and then because I work near by and every time there is some kind of issue. They get the order wrong, forget some of the food or take forever! Today they were taking a long time to get the drive thru moving and I didn’t realize why until I got to the last window, the person who was bagging the food couldn’t read the screen and was not putting the orders together correctly! I’ve worked at a McDonald’s and know how the screens in the back work, they say exactly what is to go in each order! Gonna turn this into a running log for the issues there May 25 - it’s the height of the lunch rush and they were out of ice in the dining room, no one on front counter and they burnt my double quarter bun June 4th - they forgot of the McChickens I ordered
