This is a great store. Most of the employees are absolutely amazing. There are a few that just throw your order together but most of them are great and make your coffee with love.

Nasty funky old drinks. Thank you for the nasty iced tea. Serving day old teas all watered down. Never cut corners with quality! I will have to endure the Starbucks lines!

The new paper cups are nice but I noticed it doesn't keep the coffee warm for long

The music is so loud and the employees feel its okay to take personal calls and talk at the top of their lungs to make it impossible to have a meeting, take a call or work while enjoying coffee. I don't feel the need to know about others personal issues... There needs to be some boundaries and understand that work and personal time need separation. On a positive note: the coffee is well made, it's above average clean inside and it's very organized.

I love DD ever since I was little & they were coffee & fresh made donuts. Every Sunday after Mass, Dad brought us to DD for a dozen donuts, we all had our favorites! This morning I lucked out, I had $10 on my Online DD Perks card, great because I left my wallet at home!!! Just wish donuts were made fresh & in house, nit necessaryto have as many varieties. I love munchkins, especially BB glazed, Choc. glazed, & reg. glazed, but why are jelly munchkins powdered?

The app shows this Dunkin as open till 10p. I ordered 3lbs of coffee in the app "on the go" order & submitted payment. Got there at 9:21p & they were closed & cleaning up. The sign there does show that they close at 9:30p. They said they couldn't give me my order even though I was there before closing. Now I have to call in morning to get it fixed/refunded. Not to mention, don't have the coffee I went out of my way for.
