Hot Brew is happiness on a generously filled plate. I have been coming here for over 15 years and every meal has been great. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and a great place to share food with friends and family.

The Hot Mess at Hot Brew Bistro is TOO INCREDIBLE for words…treat yourself to this perfect creation! I suggest ordering it on country potatoes/extra crispy with gravy added. Just look at the video of it SIZZLING!😋The leftovers are just as delicious later. Stays crisp!

Our go to breakfast joint. Whether you are a local or just passing through, don’t miss breakfast or lunch here. Far and away the best restaurant in Fortuna and really the whole surrounding area. Worth the trip if you are looking for a great affordable place to eat. Can’t say enough good things about the food and staff. We have never had a bad meal here, we have tried almost everything on the menu and it’s all good. Also new and delicious specials are always offered. No matter what there is always something new to try.
My very picky father who dislikes almost everything said it was the best country fried steak he has ever had. This is the highest praise I’ve ever heard him give any thing.

This was hands down the best chicken fried steak and eggs I’ve ever had. The taste of the gravy with the seasoning from the batter was phenomenal. Most definitely will be coming back for more!

Good menu, great customer service, good outdoor eating. Staff were very responsive and great! Fun brunch food and the Humboldt burger looked impressive! They have a section of outdoor eating for folks with dogs. After lunch, we walked along the nearby river.
