Wendy's

One of the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The food is always hot/fresh and my order is always correct. But the best thing about this Wendy's is that they're always friendly. Always a smile, always polite. I've never had a rude or even a neutral visit, it's always positive, and it shows. Great Wendy's!

I've had a couple ok experiences here but tonight (May 12th around 10pm) takes the cake on bad fast food experiences I've had. I asked the order taker what the difference was between a Jr. Cheeseburger vs a Jr. Deluxe. She was already exasperated and being rude because I asked for a second to look over the menu and just blurted out a list of ingredients without actually answering my question. After restating my question two or three more times she just told me that "I don't know." Understandably annoyed, I let myself say, "Well you work here don't you?" She then responded by telling me to leave. I then went to the window and two more employees both came to her defense. One them, a different woman, told me that I was being a smart aleck and that I would not be served food. The order taker was an "older woman who can't hear well and thought you were pranking her." Very surprised at such rude employees. Will not be coming back.

Went through the drive thru three nights in a row after work, around 10:00-10:15p.m. and coincidentally all three nights the workers were outside taking a smoke break and said, "the screens are frozen" "the computers are down" or some rendition. I wouldn't mind if they just asked for a minute but just let me try the dang strawberry frostie.

They were busy which was a good sign but that's as good as it got. They didnt have chili cooked. Our order was rang up wrong, which we just accepted it and went on. After we got to the window they said they couldn't make the chili cheese fries so they gave us bacanador fries. Almost finished eating when my boyfriend bit into paper in his sandwich. Looks like paper that comes between hamburgers ( like wax paper). Uncalled for.
