Burger King

Quick service but our food was barely warm. They messed up our cheeseburgers... No cheese on any of 3 in order but considering they weren't hot the cheese wouldn't even have been melted so reheated and added at home. The best part of the meal was our fries. Hot, crispy and NOT tasting of old grease or extremely salty. 5 ⭐ to the person working the fryers and drive through window.

Not that good. Bought a meal, coke machine was very limited on selections . maybe 4 or 5 at the most. Sandwich i had was not like in the picture took it back. Very dry. No sauce at at all even on second try. Fries were hot and fresh when I started. After getting my second replacement burger, a bit cooler.. probably will not return to this one. Next time I am in the area, I probably will go to DQ.

I’ve traditionally gotten decent service at this place, but I won’t be coming back after today’s experience. Made a mobile order. Gave them the number at the drive-through. The cashier in a condescending way asked me if that was my name. Laughed. I told her that was the order number and gave her my name. She and someone standing near her started laughing. I chalked it up to a couple of teens feeling silly I suppose. Was surprised to see that they were two older women behind the window that should’ve known better. At the window every time it shut, the lady would yell loudly to smile. Did this to me 2 or three times. After I was given my food, I asked another woman to come over and asked for names so I can report my experience to management. She told me she was the manager and to have a good day and shut the window. I sat there and waited for someone else to come. A third person came also claiming to be the manager and told me to leave after refusing to give me any information to report the experience. Just wanted to pick up my mobile order and had one of the rudest exchanges I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Anyway, just sharing to warn you about what you may encounter. Simple transaction gone wrong for what reason, I have no idea.

My husband is a lineman who has spent the last 4 days working 16 hours a day restoring power in your area. Today he attempted to get something to eat and you refused to serve him because he walked up to the drive through. I'm not sure what you expect workers to do. His bucket truck will not fit in your drive through and you don't have your lobby open for indoor dining. He has traveled all over the country on storms and every fast food has allowed the guys to get their food as a walk up in the drive through when their trucks won't fit. These men understand your shortage of staff and your inability to open your indoor seating. The least you could do is give them grace at your window.

Never again. Had to ask for help to order while they were laughing and cutting up. Had to use card. Waitress was a hippie of some type with pink hair. Diet Coke wouldn't work and the 45 minutes I was there they never did anything to remedy the situation. I have eaten here a few times, but this was the worst by far. This store is a travesty. Have any small stars. I'd like to go lower than one.
