Dirty. One of the dirtier McDonald’s I’ve endured. See photos. Update 05/28/2022: I am even less impressed than I was last time. They are unilaterally deciding what my frappe does or doesn’t have and blatantly ignore the order. When I confronted a manager about it I was told I am “lucky,” when I get anything because I’m not paying for it. My muffin was so dry at the edge it was hard to chew. Are they microwaving the sandwiches? If you have the means and resources, find somewhere else to eat, this place treats is like we are an inconvenience on a good day and like we’ve run over their dog in a bad day.

Address says open 24 hours, THEY ARE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. When they are open for business plan on being in the line for a LOOOOOONG TIME! There is always some issue with the food as well. It seems hastily thrown together, poorly done usually. I try to avoid this location which is sad because it's on my main route of driving. Also, I do not enjoy the double ordering Lanes. The other person is always fighting me to cut me off. Seriously? One more aspect to make a poor fast food dining experience!! And don't think about ordering a shake late in the day because no one knows how to re-fill the shake machine! I'm assuming there's one guy that does it for all locations and no one can ever find him.

Every Single Time I order from here they forget something. I’m sick and tired of paying for something that I don’t get. I shouldn’t have to check the bag. The hand off person needs to do a better job of insuring they have everything BEFORE handing it out. The employees here are not worthy of $15 an hour. I understood the first, the second, and even the third time but it every single time I order. This place is the worst. I want people to have a livable wage but at least TRY to work for it. I absolutely hate this McDonald’s nothing ever works and they are beyond slow and get the most simplest orders incorrect. All I order was two blue berry pies, apple slices and a sweet tea and got two different pies (cold at that) and a unsweetened tea. Then when I call to speak with the manager she wanna get smart as if I told her to apply there. I hate it and I don’t recommend them at all. It’s crazy because I just had another incident prior to this one where I waited in their long line and was told that they were only accepting door dash orders AFTER I sat at the radio com for 10+ mins…They need to just close down or get new management!

The customer service at this McDonald’s is terrible, the staff will take your order with a straight attitude like they mad because you are ordering food, they get upset and talk crazy because they messed your order. I use to think that only certain McDonald’s on certain sides of town had this problem but I have experienced this type of poor customer service from many McDonald’s on all sides of town. Corporate you really need to address this issue with all your McDonald’s because with out US there is no YOU. There is plenty other fast food chains that will be pleased to serve your old customers.

The hours here are a crapshoot. They were closed at 1:30 on a Saturday night. I was one of maybe 5 cars that sat in line only to find out it was closed. What a joke. When they were open, the frappe and ice cream machine being turned off at night really takes a lot of the incentive out of going here. Sadly, the Dr. Pepper we got was flat. The woman who served us was very warm and polite, but that was it. It's hard to tell if you'll be more disappointed if they're open or not. Not a good place to be as a business.

It was 11:30 p.m. and I wanted to get either a smoothie or Sundae, because I have the worst sore throat and can't eat anything else so after sitting there and getting skip to place my order they tell me that they're smoothie machines and ice cream machines are down for the night my question to management why does customer service and the ability to order what you want stop because if you're open people should be able to order whatever is on that menu board there's no limited time 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. for smoothies or Sundaes... I get people want to get out of work as soon as I can but you're slacking on customer service. If you're going to allow your employees to shut grills down early shut the machines down early so they can go home earlier and you should probably have special items not to be ordered after certain time but posted where it's very visible so somebody doesn't have to sit in line forever for no reason. Where I grew up working if we closed at midnight nothing should have been turned off or not been able to be ordered till 1215. Too many places now let these young people who with no work ethic who want to just get home so quickly at the end of the day so they're cutting Corners everywhere and pushing customers away I've been to four different places tonight same experience. Not sure how Corporate allows this because it's all a reflection on their brand and all's I see reflecting his lazy employees who can't wait to go home so F the customer
