Kfc

Went to store at 8:41PM to order. Waited in line for 5 min. Car ahead went around. Then we waited for 3 min. No one took our order. We pulled ahead to see if car ahead was there. No, it left. We looked in and no one was in there. Pulled around, and employees were leaving at 8:50 PM. Great! Thanks? So they close at 8:40, not 9 PM as stated.

I don’t recall ever having a issue ordering food from here If I can remember everything has been alright coming to this location Sense I moved to this side two years ago I’m very upset because I found a very long blonde hair at the bottom of my bucket Which it was wrapped around my mac$$cheese bowl And I was so appalled I put it down And picked it up again to make sure I wasn’t tripping I def saw what I had seen and it was a hair !!!!!!!!!!! Very long wrapped around my Mac && cheese bowl I’m upset I really wanted to eat my food And if it had been cooked in MY Own home maybe But being I d k from whom omg nooooooooo waste of money and time I’m highly upset things do happen but why aren’t hair nets mandatory?!?!?!?! Anyways attitudes were fine just be careful please Some ppl have phobias of such things just gross

Read an article about how great the new sandwich is so I thought I'd give them one more try. The breading on my chicken tasted terrible the last time I ate here (6 months ago) and it was just as bad tonight. My chicken doesn't even look the right color. Had a horrible aftertaste that no amount of Mountain Dew can wash away. Their oil is most likely old, but it could have just been a really old piece of chicken. Either way, I'm furious because I was really hungry and now I have to find something else. Couldn't finish it.

I felt bad for the treatment of the staff by customers here. Three guys working their tails off and customers were rude. Two ladies in a row. So what it is taking an extra 5-10 mins for your order. No need to be so rude. My order did take a little longer than I expected but them guys were moving as fast as they could. Thank you guys.

I was having a rough day and KFC just turned that around. When I went to order there was a guy pressure washing. He turned it off as I ordered which was polite. When I got my order at the window he offered me a drink and talked to me nicely. Such a refreshing change of pace in today’s world. When I opened up my meal it was juicy and delicious. Exactly how I imagined it. Thanks KFC.
