Wendy's

I was told to pull up from the drive through window to wait on my food. I waited for 20 minutes and watched 7 vehicles get served. I moved from my spot to go inside and ask about my order. The door was locked so I drove back where I had been told to wait and pulled into the parking spot directly in front of me. I got out of my vehicle and walked over to the window. This took less than 2 minutes if that. I told the lady at the window that I had been waiting for 20 minutes for my order. She then proceeds to get an attitude, her facial expression was mean, her tone of voice very discourteous, and tells me they brought my food out, I must have pulled off. I explained to her that I simply drove around the building to the entrance and came back because the door was locked, a move that took less than 2 minutes. She basically tells me that I drove off, implied that I was lying about how long I was gone, snaps that someone will come out with the food and then closes the window in my face before I can say anything. I wasn’t rude, I didn’t go over there to yell, I was just asking about my order. She did not apologize and made it seem as if I was the reason it took them more than 20 minutes to bring my food out. The young lady that brought my food was very polite and apologized for the delay. When I stated my intention to file a complaint about the cashiers bad attitude she told me that the cashier was the manager. I was so displeased I just took my food and left without checking it. It was not the correct order and the salad looked like it was thrown together, no Asiago cheese, only half the chicken that normally comes with it and my large fries suddenly transformed into an order of small fries. I have never had an unpleasant experience at that spot until today. That manager needs a course in customer service.

I love Wendy's, however this location was a joke! The pop dispenser had no pop. All 20 some pops were out. The unit looked like it hadn't been clean in a week. Spilled pop all over the floor. It had definitely been there for hours. The station that holds Napkins and the Ketchup dispensers were completely empty. The server sat my fries on the try, and it took another 10 minutes for them to make my Sandwich. He actually gave me the try thinking it was alright to serve me fries that had been setting out for at least 10 minutes. When I took the fries back up to get fresh ones, I told him that the fries were cold and nasty. His reply was, seriously, and with a dumbfounded look on his face. I said yes I'm serious and demanded new fries. He had to go ask the manager. This place seriously needs new management. Check out my pictures!

If I could give no stars I would. Stopped in with little time to go to work, two cars in drive thru so went in. Nobody in line and ordered a $5 biggie bag. Very poor customer service! Very poor manners, waited a few minutes for food before someone said we are waiting on your food. I said I have to leave for work I am going to be late. They offered me fries. I left without food so I wouldn't be late. Paid for food and got nothing. Will not go to this place anymore!
