Mcdonald's

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I waited 30 mins for my food. When I went inside to see what was going on mind you after I had already gotten the wrong order. The employees were in the back messing around. When I asked to speak to a manager I got the response well they are busy. Then I could hear the employees in the back talking about me and laughing. When a manager finally came back up I never received an apology just attitude from the manger. I will never go back to this McDonald’s. It was the worst experience I have ever seen.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered everything cooked to order and nuggets we’ll done. Nothing was well done, fries were cold. Sweet teas were still hot, and maybe a packet of sugar. Husband complained, a young boy got every thing settled for us! There was a tall chick in the back making food, she took our nuggets out of a tray not well done. She refused to drop a new batch and the young kid who was clearly knew did our order hisself. This is the worst mickie ds I’ve ever gone/been to!

I ordered 2 bacon mcdoubles and a McChicken extra mayo. I asked for sliv onions instead of dehydrated.. they tried to add and charge me instead of substituting them. Got that fixed and got to the window and it was 30 cents more than usual. Turns out no extra mayo they added lettuce for 30 cents. I asked for it to be corrected and for my 30 cents back. Sure 30 cents isn't much but if every customer had 30 cents stolen from them they would be rich. The acted like I'd asked for the title to the store for 30 cents. Argued with me . Told me mayo is extra too.. it's not. I order almost Dailey.. I had the previous days reciept to show the price difference. They then asked me to pull forward for my change... I refused. I will not be going there again any time soon. P.s. they took the lettuce of my chicken and put a nugget box filled with mayo in my bag. Horrible

So I placed a curbside order....I seen about 10 cars go through the drive thru. About 16 mins after my bank's notification that they took my money, I decide to go inside to get my order myself. Their excuse was they were short staffed. Umm well I paid for my food long before half of those drive thru people. I had to get my own ketchup etc. Then I get home and discover my cheeseburger that I ordered with extra pickles and got charged an extra $.20 for them only had one pickle on the whole sandwich!!!!! I'm sorry but if you're that short that you can't handle stuff except the drive thru then shut it down. I'm so sick of McDonald's messing up my orders. I'm going to boycott them for awhile

I came thru the drive thru hungry and wanted to eat. No good morning, no welcome to McDonald's just a "what can I get for you?" I asked for number 2 with orange juice. She asked the size I said small, she rudely asked again and I slowly said s m a l l. She even more rudely asked the size and I said you don't have to be so rude and drove off. Customer service is priority number one, if someone doesn't like their job then find another. I will not go to this location EVER again.

One of the worst McDonalds in town. Every single employee from the managers to non managers are EXTREMELY rude. Im sorry that you don't like your job, but that's not the customers fault. Their answer is always "there's nothing I can do" yeah ok... I hope this very poorly ran place gets shut down.. YOU ALL NEED TRAINING ON BEING POLITE!!!
