Dairy Queen

Order extra onion get no onion and extra mustard and pickle. Order large fry get small onion rings, everything is always terrible. Last visit we got shorted a burger so we drove back around, said they couldn’t do anything about it because we didn’t have the receipt. Mind you 3 minutes ago you saw us and then didn’t give a receipt, ended up paying for another and it was cold. Young careless kids and poorly trained management. I cannot believe they are still open. Whoever owns this spot should fire everybody and train new people and then I’m assuming give everyone decent wages so they actually care what is going on. Be aware if you go you will not, I repeat WILL NOT get the correct order. Oh and one more thing, everyone loves large slices of onion on a “good” “ quality” burger but not an actual third of a whole onion hardly sliced, good day all you Dairy Queen lovers.

VERY GOOD SERVICE, BUT... THIS IS a critique of DIARY QUEEN CORPORATE cheaping out on the ingredients of the Banana Split and hamburgers. 1. Burger patties have shrunk while prices increase. 2. Banana splits are 1/2 the size they were, AND YOU MUST PAY EXTRA for peanuts? After spending $45 at your store and you want me to pay extra for a penny's worth of peanuts... Shameless. A BANANA SPLIT IS NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT PEANUTS. I don't want to hear about peanut allergies---that's a bogus excuse to charge extra. I won't be darkening the doorstep of a Dairy Queen ever again.

The drive-through of this place is GREAT! It is always a pleasure! The employees always are super friendly and seem to enjoy their job.. but, the inside is a completely different story: I was completely ignored and left waiting for someone, anyone, to take my simple order. A dilly bar. I was the only person in there, and I was left waiting for 5-7 minutes while the employees chatted away.. including the manager. Overall, though, the ice cream is always thick and delicious.. and I rate this a good stop for those needing a Sweet Treat!
