Young lady in the drive through was very polite. I ordered a 6 piece of normal wings and small coleslaw. The wings were dry and looked old. I don't understand why the quality of food, from the same food chain, is different in certain area. My guess, the black communities get the last resort. Visit date: 14 September

This place is really nasty and has been that way for a very long time. The honey barbecue wings are never fresh and you can tell because the bones are black. The employee’s uniforms appear to be dirty and the dining and kitchen area is disgusting. New management and a surprise visit from the health department may help in this case.

I enjoy KFC but seems this location needs some work. I order the $20 fill up half original have crispy chicken. When I got to the window was told there no original chicken. Then was told we’re good. One employee open the window to say WE ONLY HAVE CRISPY. The cashier was like we have it. I get home to find two pieces original one wing one leg the rest crispy. The crispy chicken was dark so I think the grease it was cooked in was dirty. I asked for Coleslaw mashed potato and gravy and potato wedges I received Mac and cheese and no coleslaw. The biscuits were hard and flat not light and fluffy like I’m used to. I don’t know what’s going on with the location

This location is in my neighborhood. The drive thru was exceptionally slow today. I was at the speaker and was told to hold on and waited more than 3 minutes before someone took my order. I ordered a drink with light ice with my meal but the cup was more than half full when I got home. Also, the cookie that came with the meal was hard and stale. It was definitely more than a day old. The meal was ok but the service and attention to detail was lacking.
