Quick drive-thru. They were out of some of the original and quickly offered to substitute the other chicken with extra crispy. I was fine with that and appreciated the honest and fast service. Even at the end, they offered an apology for the delay, but it didn't seem like a delay to me. Great service and excellent customer awareness.

I'm just done with this place. Nasty ethics. Don't wash hands after handling money and trash. Taking orders and just slapping it on the counter on dirty trays. Always have to clean my own table off, the floors are disgusting along w the bathroom. Every single time I eat here I've gotten sick in the last 5 years. I really use to like KFC. But it's gone now. Idk wth they have running it but they need to step it up or step out.

The chicken strips had been laying in the heat lamp for awhile. They were dry & the biscuit was hard. The lady that took our order was super friendly and we appreciated the great service. My husband enjoyed the chicken sandwich value meal too. We'll give them another try as they were running short staffed like so many other places are.
