Had only a 50 dollar bill and I ordered 2 meals coming from the Chattanooga Airport and said I only had a 50. The woman on the drivethru asked I'd she could keep the change from a $15.00 order. I laughed and she said don't laugh I'm cooking your food. I ordered a double quarter pounder w cheese meal and a 2 cheeseburger meal. It was about 1 am . Drove from the window on our way down to Stevenson AL . I opened it up and it was a 3 cheese burgers. 2 wrapped in yellow cheeseburger wrap and 1 cheeseburger in a quarter pounder box. Lol. Why me? Lmbo

Put in a valid complaint to corporate… corporate responded and apologized but the local franchise did not… I was told that the owner name is David Bledsoe.. mr Bledsoe if you see this.. just know that I will no longer do business at this location. Spent quite a few dollars there since 2018.. I know me not returning to your location will not hurt your business at all and you all probably don’t care but it brings me joy that I can save that money and invest in myself instead of investing in that location. I rarely complain but the last trip really bothered me and you all care nothing about it.

So sad. These people want 15 bucks an hour. Every time I come they screw up my food. So yeah, I order special...McChicken add cheese, add onion, add tomato, add pickles, and was charged for the extra ingredients ok I'm good with that but... They forgot the lettuce, forgot the onion that I paid for, got one pickle, and the smallest slice of tomato they could find... Not to mention, the chicken itself is hard like a brick. Come on people, do better.
