Takes forever for your order to be taken period. This use to be one of my favorite places to go but not anymore. I ordered cheese sticks and beef n cheddar sandwich both tasted like they were made 2 days ago and ice cold. Not goin back there

These fries probably would have been good yesterday. They were hard as a rock, could not eat them.

You'll wait literally an hour at the drive thru and your food will be cold and taste like it has been microwaved. One of the worst places in Fort Payne to eat. If you're traveling south on I-59 go on to exit 181 Gadsden. You'll get much better service there.

Inside looks neglected that's why we just drive thru. Service is slow and it's not because of a shortage of help. But they are friendly and apologetic for your wait. Food is always good.

Third time we have tried to eat there in the past few months and also third time we have give up and went somewhere else. It's an hour wait at the drive thru Everytime not worth it

As you can see from the photo, they should have been open, but it was around 5pm and they were closed. No note as to why either.

I got food poisoning from this location on 2/11/22. Only thing I had all day and was very sick approximately an hour and half after eating the beef and cheddar
