Was not busy. Waitresses are untrained. Took over an hour to get food. Waitress never checked on us. Food was cold and improperly prepared. Never got refills on pancakes. Waitress that had 2 tables of customers complained. Most waitresses can easily handle 6 to 10 tables of seated customers without duress. Should pay Greggs in Chickamauga to train your waitresses as they are always slammed with the waitresses tend to 10 tables each. They glide from table to table with no struggles.

As I share my experience I'm still here. Service is horrible and food is ok. We finished up eating at least 15 minutes ago and still no check. Server only checked on us once and it was right after we received our food. I've never seen so many employees standing around including kitchen staff out in the servers area. Servers had hickey on neck, on e looked like he hadn't washed his hair in a month. This was the first time we've been back in over a year, we went out on a limb thinking maybe thing's had gotten a little better.....a big nope! Service was so slow for what little customers they had. They can't blame it on lack of help, they had plenty. it's just the quality of their employees they hire.

They were out of a lot of stuff. They were out of coffee creamer (Vanilla & Hazelnut). I used half & half for my iced coffee and it was really disgusting and disappointing I couldn't coffee with my breakfast. The omelet was just OKAY for it to have taken so long(close to 45 minutes). Pancakes were good. They were out of bananas, couldn't have strawberry/banana pancakes/french toast. Server was nice and attentive for the most part.

Absolutely dissatisfied. I was charged for kids meals, after there are signs EVERYWHERE stating kids eat free. Server and cook are only two people working, and they forgot my food so I had to wait until my family was finished eating to eat. When I asked why I was charged for kids meals he said “we haven’t done that in a long time, we don’t do that anymore”. When CLEARLY there are signs for the new minion movie everywhere. Complete lack of competence in this area and they wonder why they have a 1 star. Very unprofessional to not train your servers properly. Do better!
