I am beyond upset with this location. I have had issues the last 3 times I have been there. I was charged for the wrong order 2 times on 2 different occasions. I try to understand how busy it gets but then i find hair in my iced coffee. Not one but multiple. I got a picture of this one but when I went inside to show them, I found a knot of hair on bottom. This is disgusting.

The two employees working ALONE currently on 4/17/22 at 1:50AM are doing an outstanding job. They should never be left this understaffed yet they are handling their shift with efficiency and grace. These two gentlemen deserve a bonus and a raise!! Easily 30 cars wrapped around this building and they’re just soldiering it out as best as they can. Please recognize them for this hell of a shift your business put them through!! They deserve much more.

The food was prepared horribly they forgot the condiments for my son and his Happy meal they forgot the condiments for my meal they didn't even put napkins in the bag. The parking lot was filthy and the staff was short with me although they have an accent. It was very hard to understand them. The time we ate in I did notice the Foreigner behind me ordered their meal with no complications at all stepped right up ordered and then moved to the side and waited in line don't go to fast food restaurants where the staff are so rude. I don't go to the fast food restaurant to get asked to go wait in a parking spot either I come for fast food convenience. The past couple times I've come here I've been asked to pull into number one or two parking spot to wait for them to prepare my meal and bring it out only for it to be wrong both times If you want to be treated horribly and get food that was prepared without any type of care. Your burger just smashed in the bag fries all over the inside of the bag not even in the box no longer hot just cold meal mixed together no napkins this was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. This all didn't happen at the same time this was the last three times we've visited. I'm sure they have good days so I gave them two stars. And they are lucky to get both. The service at this McDonald's has become terrible.

We stopped for the sausage biscuit and hash brown special. All was good; food delivered quickly.
Difficult communication with Hispanic register person. What? Say again. $8.63 please. How much? $8.63. Oh, it just refreshed. $5.09( forgot to give special price)

This is how I got my fries in the bag, I know fast food is awful to work in but I payed for this with the money I worked for... Ya'll fr now? Undercooked and half empty? Bet I'll hold up that line now checking my food because this looks disgusting

They close inside early every night, then it’s like they aren’t even making food inside drive thru barely moves, like they are trying to get people to just leave. Then they follow that up with have an attitude and being super disrespectful. Will not be back

Disgusting! Burgers were sloppy and overloaded with ketchup, drink had less than one inch of ice in it, and the fries were cold and hard. And there was an employee outside smoking pot, when I went through the drive-thru, I could smell it and he was about to cough up a lung. 3am is not a good time to go to this location. Do not recommend.
The morning crew made it right and refunded me my money, but not without being kind of rude about it.

I received the worst customer service ever. I went through the drive up and ordered 2 double fish sandwiches and when I got my food I peeked inside the sack to make sure the sandwich boxes said fish and they did so I went home and to my surprise they were single fish sandwiches. I tried calling it was busy for 3 : hours finally got a Lady who answered and I told her my receipt number and what the problem was and she said I could come back and get the right sandwiches and I asked if I could come the next day she said yes and asked my name twice and said to bring the receipt with me and I could get the correct sandwiches . I went back the next day and the manager on duty would not do anything as he said he knew nothing about it and he said anyone could bring in a receipt and ask for a new order and I said customer service is part of your business and I did not get what I paid for . I walked out not a happy customer
